Who we are

Kebabiya is a dine-in and takeaway restaurant at Sky City, Level 1, A115, 20 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista NSW 2153. This policy covers our website (kebabiya.com.au), our online ordering and booking links, catering enquiries and the Kebabiya iOS app. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email address and phone number when you make a booking, send a catering enquiry, join our mailing list or contact us by phone, email or social media.
• Booking and enquiry details — date, time, party size and any notes you include, such as allergies or event requirements.
• Website usage data — anonymous analytics about which pages are visited, collected via Google Analytics.

We do not collect or store credit card details. Payments made online are processed by the ordering platform you choose (see below); we never see your full card number.

Online ordering

Home delivery and pickup orders are placed through third-party platforms — currently Uber Eats and DoorDash. When you order through them, their own privacy policies apply to your account, payment and delivery details. You can read Uber Eats' and DoorDash's privacy policies on their websites. Orders placed by phone are recorded only in our restaurant systems to prepare your food.

Bookings

Table bookings are taken through our booking partner, which passes your name, contact details and booking preferences to us so we can hold your table. Their handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy, linked from the booking page.

Catering enquiries

Catering enquiries sent through our website are emailed to our team. We use those details only to quote, plan and deliver your event, and to follow up with you about it. We keep enquiry records so we can serve returning customers better.

The Kebabiya iOS app

The Kebabiya app opens the same website you are reading now. The app does not collect any information beyond what this website collects — it adds no accounts, no tracking and no access to your photos, contacts or location. Everything in this policy applies to the app the same way it applies to the website.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are popular so we can improve them. This collects anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, device type and approximate region — it does not identify you personally. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site.

Reviews and photos

If you leave a review on Google or another platform, we may reply publicly to that review. We never publish your name, photo or review content on our own channels without your permission.

How we use your information

• To take bookings, prepare orders and deliver catering.
• To contact you about your booking, order or enquiry.
• To improve our menu, website and service.
• To send occasional updates about Kebabiya — only where you have asked to hear from us, and every message includes a way to opt out.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers named above (ordering platforms, our booking partner, Google Analytics) and only to the extent needed to run the restaurant. We may also disclose information if required by Australian law.

Access, correction and retention

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We keep booking, order and enquiry records only as long as needed for tax, food-safety and service purposes.
