Most Indian food in Bella Vista is built for the box — quick, hot, eaten standing up at the kitchen bench. That's a real need and we do takeaway too. But it's not what dinner is for.
Dinner is sitting down. It's ordering a metre-long platter because everyone wants to try everything. It's a Sharabiya in one hand and a galouti kebab in the other. It's the kids drawing on the placemat while the biryani steams under its dough seal in the kitchen.
Our dining room is built for that — smart-casual, fully licensed, lit warm enough for a first date and bright enough for a family of eight.
