Is Kebabiya halal?

Yes. Every meat dish on the menu is fully halal-certified — chicken, lamb, mince, the lot. Not a halal section, not halal-on-request. The entire kitchen has been halal end-to-end since we opened in 2014.

Where is Kebabiya located?

Sky City, Level 1, A115, 20 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista NSW 2153 — opposite the Hillsong Convention Centre, one block off Norwest Boulevard, four minutes from Bella Vista Metro.

Is there parking at Kebabiya?

Yes. Free undercover parking at Sky City with a lift straight to Level 1. No street-parking lottery, no meters.

What are the opening hours?

Lunch is served Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 2:30pm. Dinner runs seven nights a week from 5:30pm. Call +61 2 8824 7944 to confirm hours on public holidays.

Do I need to book a table?

Walk-ins are welcome but Friday and Saturday nights fill quickly. Book online or call +61 2 8824 7944. Large groups (8+) should book at least three days ahead.

Do you cater to vegetarians and vegans?

Yes. The menu has a full vegetarian section — paneer tikka, tarkari biryani, dal makhani, palak paneer, vegetable platters and tandoori vegetable skewers. Vegan and Jain options are available on request.

Is Kebabiya licensed? Can I BYO?

Yes to both. We are fully licensed with cocktails, wine, beer and our house Sharabiya brews. BYO wine is accepted with a small corkage fee.

Do you do catering?

Yes. Office lunches, family functions, weddings and corporate events across Greater Sydney. Mixed kebab trays, biryani by the kilo, naan bundles and full platter spreads. See the catering page or call us to plan a menu.

What is phone-free dining?

Optional. Hand your phones to our team at the start of the meal and we will send you home with a small gift. The conversation gets better. The food tastes better. Try it once.

Do you have a kids menu?

Yes. A proper kids menu with milder dishes, plus highchairs and crayons. We are a family restaurant — half our regulars have been bringing their kids since they were babies.

How do I get to Kebabiya from the CBD?

About 30 minutes by car via the M2. By public transport, take the Metro to Bella Vista station (around 50 minutes from the city), then a 12-minute walk along Lexington Drive.

Does Kebabiya deliver?

Yes. We are available on Uber Eats, DoorDash and Menulog across Bella Vista, Norwest, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville and nearby suburbs. For large group orders call us directly.
