Delivery & Returns

How we handle delivery, refunds and food quality concerns at Kebabiya Bella Vista.

Delivery

Kebabiya is a dine-in and takeaway restaurant located at Sky City, Level 1, A115, 20 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista NSW 2153. We do not operate our own delivery fleet. All home delivery is fulfilled by our third-party partners:

Delivery areas, fees, minimum order values and estimated delivery times are set by each platform and shown at checkout. Typical delivery range covers Bella Vista, Norwest, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Kellyville, Rouse Hill and surrounding Hills District suburbs. We aim to prepare orders within 15–25 minutes; total delivery time depends on the courier and traffic.

Pickup

Pickup orders placed via our direct ordering page or by phone on (02) 8824 7944 are usually ready in 15–20 minutes. We will call you if there is any delay.

Refunds & Returns

Because we serve freshly cooked, perishable food, we cannot accept physical returns of food items. We do, however, stand behind every dish we send out.

If something is wrong with your order — missing items, incorrect items, or quality issues — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

Where possible, please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will either:

  • Remake and re-deliver the affected item, or
  • Provide a full or partial refund for the affected item, or
  • Issue store credit for a future visit.

For orders placed through Uber Eats or DoorDash, refunds for missing items, courier delays or delivery issues are processed directly by the platform you ordered through, as per their respective refund policies. You can request a refund inside the Uber Eats or DoorDash app under "Help" or "Order Issues". We are happy to assist — just call or email us and we will support your claim with the platform.

Cancellations

Once an order has entered preparation it cannot be cancelled, as ingredients have already been committed and food is being freshly cooked. If you need to cancel, please call us immediately on (02) 8824 7944. Cancellations on Uber Eats and DoorDash are governed by each platform.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

All meat served is 100% Halal. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order. While we take every care, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
